Terms of Service: Founders Account Program

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your application, selection, and participation in the Places To Visit With Dogs (PTVWD) Founders Program, operated by Freddie Digital ("we", "us", "our") at freddiedigital.uk. By submitting an application or accepting a PTVWD Founders Account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Vetting

Submission of an application does not guarantee selection for a Free Lifetime Founders Account. We reserve the absolute right to accept or reject any application based on our internal vetting criteria, which includes but is not limited to:

  • Proof of active, professional business trading.
  • Valid business insurance, DBS check, and relevant training certifications.
  • Geographic location and density of local listings.

2. The Founders Partnership (The Value Exchange)

The Founders Account is structured as a collaborative partnership. We design, host, optimize, and maintain your premium local listing on PTVWD at zero monetary cost to you for the lifetime of the platform. In exchange, you agree to fulfill the following promotional commitments:

Continued access to your Free Lifetime Founders Account is strictly contingent upon you providing:
  1. A written or video testimonial detailing your experience with our setup process.
  2. A 5-star Google review for our parent agency, Freddie Digital.
Timeline: Both items must be completed and submitted to us within 14 days of your premium listing going live.

3. Account Suspension & Reclassification

If you do not complete the review and testimonial requirements within the 14-day window:

  • We reserve the right to immediately suspend or downgrade your listing on PTVWD back to a basic address-only listing.
  • We may reallocate the limited local "Founder" slot to another applicant.

4. The Consolation Lifetime Discount

If your application is not selected for a completely free Founders Account:

  • You will automatically be granted a 50% Lifetime Discount on our upcoming premium subscription plans.
  • This discount is tied to your business and is non-transferable, except as explicitly permitted under our regional promotional terms (e.g., passing to an eligible local café partner where specified).
  • There is no obligation to purchase or activate this discounted account.

5. Listing Maintenance & Inactivity

To keep the directory vibrant and valuable for pet owners, you agree to keep your listing updated. If your business permanently ceases trading, or if your listing remains abandoned/unresponsive to customer inquiries for more than 90 days, we reserve the right to remove the listing or transfer the "Founder" status to an active local provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

Freddie Digital provides the directory platform "as is." While we actively drive local traffic to PTVWD, we do not guarantee a specific volume of incoming client leads or revenue generated as a direct result of your listing.
